thank you for using Riverbed appliances to manage and visualize your network. This unit gets centrally configured and managed by a hosted service called SteelConnect.

New Customers without Riverbed SteelConnect account

Please register at the Riverbed Website to get an Riverbed SteelConnect account. Once you have received the account details, please continue with the instructions for existing customers below.

Existing customers

Log into Riverbed SteelConnect and register this Appliance under the menu option Appliances. Click the + Add appliances button, select Register Hardware Appliance and enter the serial XN42943BDCA2CF36. Once registered, the Appliance will use the WAN1/LAN1 port to establish internet access via DHCP. It will then be able to contact Riverbed SteelConnect. All further configuration and management is done there.
